GRADO SQUERO

A development concept inspired by the sea and the rich history of Grado. The proposal elaborated for this former boatyard includes new public spaces along the Alpe Adria Cycle Trail, a Yacht Club, seven luxurious residential units, a communal garden and parking facilities.

Grado Squero Masteplan 01

Our design approach was to create intimate, light-filled living units with courtyards and private pools. At the same time, the approximately 3,000 square meter area opens up to the public and becomes the center of a new neighborhood with a modern appearance. The focus on local materials, craftsmanship and building methods keeps the rich tradition of the place alive.
