THE ATELIER

Located within the historic core of the Döllerer Genusswelten, the Atelier is a purpose-built culinary workspace developed for and in collaboration with chef Andreas Döllerer. Conceived as an extension of the restaurant and hotel, the space supports a wide range of activities including private cooking classes, wine tastings, television recordings and seminars, creating a dynamic platform for culinary exchange.

The Atelier 02

During construction, historic stone walls were uncovered and carefully preserved, becoming a defining element of the project. These ancient surfaces anchor the contemporary interior within the layered architectural history of the building, establishing a dialogue between past and present.
The Atelier's design balances flexibility with a refined material language. Thoughtfully integrated modern elements coexist with the exposed masonry, creating a calm and adaptable environment suited to both professional culinary production and intimate educational events.
