ALPINE CUISINE

ALPINE CUISINE

Seven years after the comprehensive renovation of the Genusswelten, the redesign of the Geniesserrestaurant refines the spatial organization of the dining areas while strengthening the architectural identity of the restaurant led by chef Andreas Döllerer.

Material choices such as oak flooring, natural stone and warm textiles create a restrained architectural language inspired by the alpine context. The result is a calm and coherent interior that frames the culinary experience while reinforcing the connection between contemporary design and regional tradition.

The intervention reorganizes circulation and table layouts and transforms a former production area of the in-house butcher shop into an intimate dining extension. This new room accommodates private gatherings while maintaining continuity with the existing restaurant spaces.
