THE MATERIAL PALETTE OF THE PROJECT STRIKES A BALANCE BETWEEN ACHIEVING AN EXPRESSIVE, ALPINE MODERN DESIGN AND A SIMPLE BACKDROP APPROPRIATE FOR ANY USE LIKE PRIVATE COOKING CLASSES, TELEVISION RECORDINGS AND SEMINARS
As an intimate offshoot of the large restaurant kitchen, the concept for this new culinary space we developed with Chef Andreas Döllerer, was to create a workspace in which one can research basic ingredients, discover new ones and loose oneself in the world of flavors, smells and recipes. Furthermore, the kitchen area on the one hand exudes warmth and cosiness, on the other hand it conveys the highest level of professionalism Andreas uses for his creations.
